Send the pair backUnworn, in its original packaging, with the tag attached.
Get your new pairOnce we receive it, we send you the new size or the pair you choose.
The rules
Short and simple.
- Exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The pair must be unworn, in its original packaging, with the product tag attached.
- Products from Buy 2 Get 1 and Buy 1 Get 1 deals cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Courier charges are paid by the customer and are non-refundable, unless we sent a wrong or defective product.
