Exchange Policy

Please note that our exchange policy currently excludes size-related issues.

We accept exchanges on thrifted shoes within 7 days from the date of purchase. Request for exchange beyond the stipulated time frame will not be entertained.

The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping if they send the item back to us for exchange unless the exchange is a result of our error (wrong/defected pair)

Personalized or customized thrifted shoes are not eligible for exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales are final and not subject to exchange.

We do not offer refunds.

You can get exchanges only from the articles available on the website.
