Yes, we have a thorough cleaning process to ensure that all our products are clean and ready to wear when you receive them. Cleaning process includes:
- Removal of laces and insoles.
- Washing with antibacterial liquids.
- Rinsing laces with anti-bacterial solutions.
- Air-drying in a controlled environment.
- Meticulous inspection.
We offer cash on delivery (COD), Bank Transfer & JazzCash will be available while checkout.
We have divided categories that are:
- Premium: Item is in almost brand new condition with no sign of use.
- Excellent: Item has very little signs of use.
- Very Good: Item has visible signs of wear and use.
- Good: Item has been worn with significant signs of wear and use.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Email is optional; if you provide your email, you will receive a confirmation email. For further confirmation, please contact our customer service.
After confirmed orders are dispatched, a unique tracking number is provided to the customer via email. You can track your order by using the tracking number on the third-party delivery service's website.
We use third-party delivery service Leopards and Call Courier.
